The purpose of the Commission Conversation is to clarify all details about the order needed for the design process. Before the commission conversation can begin however, a Design Deposit ($25 - $50/2 - 4 hours) must be paid. This reserves my time & a space in my custom order queue and is non-refundable.
The following topics will need to be covered prior to starting on the project. Answer to the best of your ability, with as much detail as you can manage. Clarifications requested as needed!
- Style (Are you looking for a particular style or theme? E.g. god/dess, modern, minimalist, art nouveau. Please include pictures for reference.)
- Size (Optimal finished minimum & maximum measurements & fit - form fitting, tight, loose, oversized, etc.)
- Color (any color preferences, a favorite color, any colors you would prefer me to avoid. Please include pictures for reference. Also note that differences in lighting & contrast will affect your perception of hue/color.)
- Texture (are you wanting a particular texture, e.g. ribbing, cables, lace, bobbles. Please include pictures for reference.)
- Use (how often will you be using/wearing the item?)
- Allergies (do you have any allergies or sensitivities to any fibers, metals, dyes, or scents?)
- Other preferences (Please provide pictures for clarification.)
