Recently I wrote about hibernating for the Winter and slowing down any sort of business activity for awhile. Now it seems I'm on a crafting warpath, a creative binge if you will for being dormant for so long.
Like the first shoots of Spring poking through the once frosted Earth I'm suddenly back in a whirl of action. One such endeavor in my resurgence has been the inspiration to finally get to some of those "meant to do" projects I'd come across. Neat ideas or cute inspiration I wanted to take in my own direction. Some that didn't quite get off the ground when I first thought of it but got filed away for the elusive date of "later".

One such project was a set of beaded hair pins. With several small amounts of certain beads this has been a perfect little "de-stash" project for me. It was a tad frustrating because I'd been arguing with my thread for the few days before demanding it to do things apparently it didn't want to do.
Now that I've made one set of this hair jewelry I can feel the desire to make tons more. My inspiration is funny that way, I'll go and learn a new technique or craft and suddenly my brain goes into hyperdrive thinking of all the new applications and ways to combine it with other stuff.
