WUW?: Critically Thought Of

Nothing like a little bit of critical thinking and idea generating to get the creative juices flowing to clear out the mental funk!

Just a few notes on what's up this week including: astro insights, personal bits & bobs, some studio updates, and what's new on the blog & in the shop...

Astro Insights...The Full Moon (8:06 am EDT) will be in Libra on Saturday. Full Moons are great times for releasing energy to clear the path for what you really want. Under Libra's influence this can mean some critical thinking about the things you keep close to you. Use Libra's analytical prowess to make clear decisions on the company you keep and state of your home.

On a personal note...I can't quite say I feel like an orca yet, but that weird waddling feeling is coming on. Can you say, "end of pregnancy here she comes?!" On my mind has been the re-design of the kiddos room, since little sister & big brother will be sharing space for awhile I want to make sure the room appeals to them both. (I lucked out and had a little sister so I didn't have to worry about "weird boy stuff" in my space growing up.) I'm thinking I'm going to use my love and knowledge of color theory to do some nice tie ins using shades of gray and darker hues for Little Miss, while keeping the brighter hues for Tiny Man.

In the studio...I've finally gotten back in the studio. Over the weekend I did a little creating on the smallest of my looms. I'm wanting to incorporate more icord designs since I love the "tentacle" look they give!

What I'm talking about...Last week I mentioned my intention to get back on track, reflecting on the good points of my small baby shower, and musing about the soon coming weekly doctor visits.
